•	Environmental Scan - An internal analysis of Strengths and Weaknesses and an external analysis of Opportunities and Threats.
•	Critical Issues - What are your greatest challenges that the strategic plan must address?
•	Vision - What do you want your impact or your image to be in three to five years?
•	Goals - What actions must you take for your organization to move from where you are today to realize your Vision?
